Login Help
1. Please note that all usernames and password are case-sensitive. UPPERCASE/CAPITALS are distinct from lowercase/small letters and must be entered as such. (Example: "A" is NOT the same as "a")
2. On some computers, many letters and numbers look similar. Examples include, but not limited to: "1" (one) and "l" (ell), "0" (zero) and "O" (oh), "S" (ess) and "5" (five), "g" (gee) and "q" (cue). Also, two "vv" (vee-s) in a row sometimes look like a "w" (double-u). Please make sure that the correct letter or number is being entered.
3. Sometimes, your username is your email address. Make sure to use your ENTIRE email address (include the "@" and the ".com"/".org"/".net"/".edu" or other extension).
4. If you are typing in your username/password, please try copying/pasting, and vice versa.
5. Note: The site will temporarily lock you out when you have too many failed login attempts.
